About the role

You’ll spend your days assessing client environments, designing comprehensive IT and security architectures, and partnering with sales on technical presentations. Whether you’re drafting a proposal for a new healthcare client or refining the scope for an expansion, you’ll bridge business needs and technical reality—setting delivery teams up for success from day one.

What you'll do

Assess client IT environments and identify gaps in infrastructure, security, and compliance
Design end-to-end managed service solutions spanning MSP and MSSP capabilities
Create technical proposals, scope documents, and architecture diagrams
Support the sales team during client presentations and technical deep-dives
Stay current on industry trends, vendor offerings, and compliance frameworks
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth handoff from proposal to implementation

What we're looking for

5+ years in IT consulting, solutions architecture, or technical pre-sales
Broad knowledge of networking, cloud (Azure/AWS), security, and compliance
Experience designing solutions for regulated industries (healthcare, finance, government)
Strong communication skills — ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Relevant certifications preferred (Azure Solutions Architect, AWS SA, CISSP)
