About the role

You’ll lead relationships with AdVran’s most strategic clients, owning retention, expansion, and satisfaction across your portfolio. Day-to-day, you’re in quarterly business reviews, executive check-ins, and internal strategy sessions with solutions architects and delivery managers—ensuring our managed IT and security services consistently deliver value and set the stage for long-term partnership growth.

What you'll do

  • Own strategic relationships with AdVran's largest managed services clients
  • Drive client retention, expansion, and satisfaction across the portfolio
  • Collaborate with solutions architects and delivery managers on account strategy
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and executive-level presentations
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Represent client needs internally to influence product and service development

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years in client-facing leadership roles within IT services, MSP, or technology consulting
  • Proven track record of growing enterprise accounts and maintaining high retention
  • Strong understanding of managed IT services, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks
  • Executive presence and ability to build trust with C-level stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM platforms and account management processes
