Lead strategic client relationships, ensuring AdVran's managed IT and security services deliver measurable value and long-term partnership growth.

- Own strategic relationships with AdVran's largest managed services clients
- Drive client retention, expansion, and satisfaction across the portfolio
- Collaborate with solutions architects and delivery managers on account strategy
- Lead quarterly business reviews and executive-level presentations
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Represent client needs internally to influence product and service development
What we're looking for
- 8+ years in client-facing leadership roles within IT services, MSP, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of growing enterprise accounts and maintaining high retention
- Strong understanding of managed IT services, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks
- Executive presence and ability to build trust with C-level stakeholders
- Experience with CRM platforms and account management processes
